Happy New Year! It may be cold, but there exciting things happening in Midlothian!

Monday, January 22

Even Better Balance Workout Class, 1:00pm-2:00pm
First United Methodist Church Family Center

Want to improve your balance, coordination, leg strength, or posture? Join the Live Well Midlothian movement! We will be performing exercises that can be done sitting or standing and there will be some walking. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a towel and water bottle.
This class if free and open to the public.

Accelerate Entrepreneurship Class, Thursdays 6:30pm-8:30pm
Tarleton State University
899 Mt. Zion Rd.
Building 1, Room 202

The Midlothian Business Institute is offering a 5-week introductory course through Tarleton State University’s continuing education program. It is designed for those who are considering starting or have started their own business.
Registration is $25 and you can email cammy@midlothianchamber.org for more information.
Line Dancing with a Twist, 6:30pm-7:30pm
First United Methodist Church Family Center

Join the Live Well Midlothian movement and learn new dance steps and yoga moves. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a towel and yoga mat.
Classes are free and open to the public. If you would like childcare it is available and you can contact the church prior to the class to reserve a spot.

Come run or walk to raise money for REACH Council Prevention Services. They provide substance abuse programs for MISD and our surrounding communities. Registration is $30 and you can sign up here.
